We ship anywhere in the United States. All of our orders ship with USPS, so you can even use a P.O. Box address! Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most products have a shelf life of 24 months as we try to limit the use of preservatives in our formulations. Check with the shelf life icon on each product to ensure effective usage.

Do your products contain parabens or other harmful chemicals?

Our products are 100% free from parabens and other harmful ingredients that pose a threat to your health. We want our customers to feel good about the products they use and know they are safe yet effective!

Does Your Product Contain Fragrance?

Our Products do contain a small amount of fragrance, but we have made sure to keep it mild. Our fragrances are only derived from natural essential oils that are gentle on the skin. Most people don’t even notice the fragrance!

Do Your Products Contain SPF?

None of our products have SPF in them. That’s because SPF can actually affect some anti-aging ingredients and make a product less effective. Instead, we recommend applying SPF on top of your products after they have soaked in to make sure you’re getting as much as possible out of them!

Are Your Products Organic?

We try to use organic and high-quality ingredients as much as we can! The process to get a product certified as organic can be expensive, and usually the customer ends up paying that price. We want to make sure our prices are accessible to as many people as possible, so we made the decision to skip the certification process!

Are These Products For Daytime or Nighttime?

All of our products are great for both Day and Night! We recommend applying our products at least twice a day. That way, you can be sure that you’ll see youthful dramatic results!

What Skin Types Are Your Products For?

Our products are great for all skin types, but if you have experienced any major skin issues in the past or you’re concerned about how your skin will react, we’d recommend chatting to your Doctor first!

Are Your Products Safe To Use While Pregnant or Nursing?

All of our products are safe to use if you’re pregnant or nursing, but we do recommend chatting to your Doctor first - just to be safe!

Where are the South Beach Skin Lab products made?

All of our products are manufactured and packaged right here in the United States! That means you can feel good about shopping locally with every single order.

Do You Have Samples?

We don’t manufacture samples because samples are not usually enough to get a good idea of whether or not the product will work for you. Instead, we allow you to return any purchase within 30 days of receiving it. That way, your purchase is totally risk-free!

How Long Will The Products Last Me?

Depending on how much you use and how often, most of our products will last you 30 days (sometimes even longer!)

Our Subscribe & Save program offers loyal customers a 10% discount and automated shipping on their South Beach Skin Lab orders. You can cancel or adjust your membership at any time, or skip a shipment if needed through your customer portal!

What if I don’t like the products I purchase?

If you’re not completely satisfied, we want to make it right! To return products that you don’t like, just reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product and we will help you get your refund.
