A couple of weeks ago, we got a call from a new customer of ours in Topeka named Beth. At first, we were worried that we had done something wrong because the first thing she asked for was to speak with a supervisor…
Imagine our surprise when she said...
“I just wanted to let you know that your Neck Cream has made me feel more confident than I have in years!”
Beth was kind enough to open up about her skincare journey, and about all the different products she’s used that didn’t make the difference she was wanting to see.
“I’m most insecure about the area around my jawline. It’s really started to sag in the last few years.”
She shared that she first started noticing the skin around her jawline beginning to droop when she turned 50. Since then, she’s been trying product after product to help lift and firm her neck area so that it doesn’t bug her as much.
“Every time I tried a new product I was so hopeful that it would work. I would even take progress pictures. But even though I gave everything a fair chance I just wasn’t happy with my results until I tried your Neck Cream.”
Beth certainly isn’t the first person to have this problem. In fact, we’ve had a few other customers tell us that the Neck Firming Cream is the first product they’ve used that helped them see results.
We told her it was one of our best-sellers, and she laughed and said:
“That doesn’t surprise me one bit!”
When we asked Beth if she’s tried our other products she said she hasn’t yet, but she definitely has plans to.
“I have a few dark spots near my temple, so I’ve got my eye on your Dark Spot corrector to try next.”
She shared that while her dark spots aren’t that obvious, getting rid of them would make her feel a lot better about her complexion, especially because she used to have a crystal clear skin tone when she was younger and people would compliment her all the time.
“I’d get so many people saying “Your skin is so clear! You’re so lucky!”, and now that I have a couple of blemishes I really miss that feeling.”
When it comes to the rest of Beth’s skincare routine, she likes to keep it simple. Along with the Neck Firming Cream, she uses a firming moisturizer and a daily BB cream with SPF to keep her skin protected from the sun.
As for her best skincare advice, this is what she had to share with us:
“Don’t be afraid to switch it up if something isn’t working for you. Everyone is different and our skin needs different ingredients. As long as you’re giving your new skincare product a fair chance and switching it out if you don’t like it, you’re good to go.”
We couldn’t agree more! We say this so often because it really is true - what works for some may not work for others, so it’s important to listen to your skin and allow it to tell you what it likes or doesn’t like.
Although Beth has only placed one order with us, we’re sure that she’s here to stay, and we couldn’t be happier. She’s the perfect example of why we do what we do here at South Beach Skin Lab - to help people find the perfect product to get their confidence back and truly shine!
